I went to Orchid Massage today for a 20 minute chair massage. First of all, the chairs they use are very worn out and disgusting. The woman who worked on me was talking to her coworkers the whole time and barely working on my back. She was not a good masseuse at all. She spent way too much time on one small spot, while putting very little pressure, and didn't get to much needed other spots. When my time was almost up, a man came and took her place. He was actually very good for the 3 minutes he worked on me. When it came time to pay, I told them I was unhappy with the lady but they didn't care. I tried to leave a $3.00 tip, which should have been 0. When I looked at my bank statement they had raised the tip to 30% which was $9.00. This is not a good business to go to. They are dishonest and only care about the money, not pleasing the customer.

Got a 30 min, Deep Tissue, Chair Massage. The masseur was accommodating and communicative on deep pressure, his attention to problem areas were also appreciated, and all staff were friendly. Keep in mind, they provide a walk-in service, if you have tender or tight areas you are concerned about communicate it to your masseur before you begin and during the massage to improve your experience. I recommend giving Orchid Massage a try!

Good chair massage. 30 minutes for $35 plus tip. Tom, strong-looking and age 55+, in black with a little ponytail did a nice job. Ensure the chair is adjusted so that you are not hunched and that your Adam's apple is not touching the crossbar.

several issues with this place. uneven pressure, wasn't careful around bone, no check in if I was OK. didn't ask where my pain was. I would have gotten a better massage letting My dog run over my back. I hurt more now then when I went in.

I had a 20 minute massage. He focused on my neck and shoulders because of the tense muscles. It felt so good to finally get a massage. Very polite and respectful people. I'm returning for more.
